If an order is canceled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will generally be issued.

If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, Mixna reserves the right to:

- Cancel the order and issue a refund.
We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect prices resulting from obvious errors.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed and successfully authorized before an order can be processed and shipped.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and other logistical factors.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes

Mixna has no control over customs procedures or charges imposed by governmental authorities.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Returned products must generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect purchase, or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product should contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs and supporting information to assist with the review of the claim.
Following verification, Mixna may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
11. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage to products generally transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the delivery address provided during checkout, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.
