At Mixna, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which order cancellations may be requested, approved, or denied, as well as the procedures that apply once an order has entered processing or shipping stages.

1. Cancellation Requests Before Processing
Customers may request cancellation of an order shortly after it has been placed. Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our customer support team.
Orders that have not yet entered processing, packaging, fulfillment, or shipment stages may be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
While we make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that cancellation will be possible.
Order processing may begin immediately after payment confirmation, particularly during business hours and periods of high order volume.
2. Orders Already in Processing
Once an order has entered the processing, packaging, inventory allocation, quality control, or fulfillment stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
During this stage, resources have already been committed to preparing the order for shipment.
Customers who contact us after processing has begun may be informed that the order can no longer be canceled.
In such cases, customers may be required to wait until the order has been delivered and then follow the applicable Return and Refund Policy if they wish to request a return.
3. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have been shipped, dispatched, or transferred to a shipping carrier cannot be canceled.
Once shipment has occurred, ownership and transportation of the package are under the control of the delivery carrier, making cancellation impossible.
Customers who no longer wish to keep the product after shipment may request a return in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy after receiving the item.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing the purchase.
This includes verifying:
- Product selection.
- Quantity.
- Color and size selections.
- Shipping address.
- Billing information.
- Contact information.
- Payment details.
Mixna cannot guarantee cancellation of orders placed with incorrect information if fulfillment has already begun.
5. Customized or Personalized Products
Orders containing customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or preparation has started.
Because these items are created specifically for the customer, cancellation rights may be limited or unavailable depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved before the order enters processing or shipment, a full refund will generally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:

- The financial institution.
- The payment method used.
- Bank processing procedures.
Customers should allow sufficient time for their financial institution to process and post the refund to their account.
7. Fraud Prevention and Security Reviews
Mixna reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion when necessary to protect customers, payment systems, business operations, or third parties.
Orders may be canceled if concerns arise regarding:
- Fraudulent activity.
- Unauthorized transactions.
- Payment verification failures.
- Pricing errors.
- Inventory discrepancies.
- Violations of applicable laws.
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions.
If Mixna cancels an order for any of these reasons, customers will generally receive an appropriate notification and any eligible refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order.
Requests to modify shipping details after an order has been submitted may not always be possible.
If an incorrect shipping address causes delays, failed delivery attempts, or package loss, Mixna shall not be responsible for resulting consequences beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
9. Refused Deliveries
Customers who refuse delivery of a shipped order without prior authorization may become responsible for return transportation fees, carrier charges, customs fees, handling expenses, and other costs incurred during the return process.
Any refund issued may be reduced by such expenses where permitted by applicable law.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations, Mixna may consider cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis after processing has begun. Such exceptions are entirely discretionary and do not create an obligation to approve future requests.
Approval of any exception depends on operational status, inventory conditions, shipping progress, and other relevant factors.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits, excludes, or replaces rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where local legislation grants additional cancellation rights, withdrawal rights, or cooling-off periods, those rights shall remain fully applicable.
